Almond is an extremely  healthy and tasty  nut  and it is used for many different applications . Over the past year we have seen many new applications like Almond Milk, Almond Butter and even Almond cheese. Traditionally almonds are used in snack, bakery and confectionary industry.

Almonds grow in almost all countries along the Mediterranean, on the African side as well, but not sufficiently for playing an international role. Spain, and, to a lesser extent, Italy, Greece, Tunisia and Turkey are exceptions. Australia and newcomer Chile nowadays offer good quality almonds. The United States of America, however, is the giant in terms of development and yields. In the state of California, the almond trade flourishes as never before and is approached in a very professional way. Not in frequently, the yield per hectare is three times higher than, for example in Spain. This demonstrates excellent craftsmanship and professionalism. We mostly specialize in Californian and Australian Almonds.
