During the last years we see many new applications for Almonds like Almond Milk, Almond Butter, Almond Cheese.  Also nut bars have shown an enormous growth. In the USA one of the bar producers is the largest user of Almonds. Also, the almond as a snack has become more and more popular.  

Together with our customers we developed several new applications for macarons, Marzipan, Almond Butter and Snack Products.
